As a well-respected industry leader, Cone-Omega LLC, has a long history of supplying simple, rugged, and reliable equipment to the wood products industry. 

With manufacturing facilities in Thomasville, Georgia, and Russellville, Arkansas, we continue to provide our customers with the high-quality mill floor equipment that they have come to expect. As a partner to each customer, we strive to continually develop new innovative products that allow our customers to decrease downtime while increasing profitability.  

Cone Omega was created in 2013 when Cone Machinery Inc. and Omega Solutions Inc. made the mutual decision to band together. Initially, the purpose of the joint venture was primarily to strengthen our sales and marketing capabilities. The partnership also provided a means of leveraging our engineering teams and manufacturing proficiencies.

The product lines of both divisions mainly focus on primary breakdown equipment. The Cone Division is known for its high-speed four-sided canter lines. Most all of, these lines currently in service feature sideboard profiling as well as top and bottom board profiling. The Cone Canter lines deliver high speed, high production and dependability. Cone also produces various other machines, including shavings machines, small log processors, and plywood core processing machines. 

The Omega Division is undisputed leader in sharp chain technology. Omega sharp chains are in almost every North American mill that runs a sharp chain. Omega produces conventional pipe turner roll systems as well as the Tru-Position system, both of which can include sideboard profiling. The Tru-Position is a high-speed endo-feeding system that provides super-high recovery. 

Integral to its success is the Lineal motion Log Turner. Omega also provides a highly successful curve sawing line with and without profiling. Omega is an industry leader in board edger technology, with dozens of high-speed Edger Systems in operation.
